Coaster Kings are specialist drink coaster printers. Our products are used all over Australia & New Zealand. We print drink coasters directly for the customer or indirectly via agents.
About Our Coasters
Coaster Kings has options for art content. We can print from supplied art files, design something for you. Or you can access our website’s design it online option. The minimum order is 250 drink coasters, going up by 500, 1,000+. Printing options from full colour single or double sided, Pantone Uncoated Spot Colours if requested.
Our standard drink coaster size is 95mm round and 95mm square with rounded corners. Different die cuts are available on request. We arrange delivery of drink coasters to locations all over Australia.
Coaster Kings is located in Ballina on the North Coast of NSW. All drink coasters are printed and manufactured on site in our factory. We import our beermat uncoated board specifically designed for absorbing liquid. It’s 365gsm 800UM and is approx 1mm thick. Our stock is sourced from Svanscog in Sweden. The mill is a non integrated board mill certified to International standard of sustainability.
Sustainable Green Printing
Coaster Kings is certified as a Sustainable Green Printing Company.
The Australian printing industry audits our company annually to make sure we meet our environmental responsibilities. Coaster Kings is currently certified Level 2 SGP and has been certified level 1 since 2011.
Sustainable Green Print (SGP) is the Australian Printing industry’s environmental certification program run by the Print & Visual Communication Association. Based on ISO14001 framework, SGP is tailored to meet the needs of business and the demands of customers by affordably managing environmental expectations and responsibilities. Businesses must keep compliance with key environmental laws, manage environmental risks, development control measures to prevent noncompliance with environmental laws and document actions. Undertake internal audits and manage their EMS. All SGP certification is audit driven and comprises comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation. The environment is very important to us and we see it as our obligation to care and protect it.
